As far as I'm concerned they're cannon unless something featured there or in the respective shows could contradict it's existence.

Because all of the Sentai shows are in separate universes. Only the cross over movies and then Gokaiger place them in one universe. Gokaiger was only doing it for the anniversary, but outside of that, they are not one universe.
