Check TV-N again, because they do sub Go-busters and they have it up to ep. 5. They are usually really slow, though, and you'd have to wait about a week after the raw comes out before TV-N has theirs up.

As for OT sub, I suspect that you may not have the most current MPC, and you can get the latest update from CCCP (direct link is at OT). The other thing I can think of is that you must name the MPC file the same as the .A S S (subtitle) file for it to work. OT also has the patch files but I'm not sure if they are integral for the sub to work.
