Might be worth checking if MPC has inadvertently turned the subtitles off itself though (its happened to me a few times). Open a Go-Busters ep and go to Navigate > Subtitle Language and check the box is ticked.

If that doesn't work, checking your codec pack is probably the best bet. Like FieryRed said CCCP will have everything you need.
