Inga and her cleavage was fanservice. Everything involving Miu, the Kaijin club girl, Nadeshiko, and Poitrine was ridiculous overkill.

Thank goodness Medusa didn't fight. I don't think I could have finished the movie if she did

I agree there were ridiculous amounts of fanservice. I didn't mind it all that much, lol, but I don't think it was necessary.
