FROM THE KAMEN RIDER I HAVE SEEN *coughs* it always baffles me that they bloat out the side characters and then give them nothing to do, Ankh is an integral character to OOOs story but in terms of his actual physical purpose he is just sorta...there, characters like Hina and stuff kinda make more sense as she in story just got dragged into something that is nothing to do with her but ultimately she ends up achieving more than Ankh does.

But like I say, this seems like a general problem. The majority of the Kamen Rider Club in Fourze have no purpose, the majority of Haruto's gang in Wizard are useless despite some of them having stuff established that should make them useful and in Kuuga, minus characters who were given a specific function, the side characters again just sorta stood around like a prop that got dialogue.
