No one complains about Henrietta's ankles, Ash's arm doesn't fall down under its own weight, Evil Ash doesn't literally break apart in the middle and have all his accessories fall off. Even Marvel Legends which provided a similar sort of articulation range (but not the accessories) were a much better made product overall since they provided a detailed likeness like figuarts, extreme human movement like figuarts but were made to actually be played with.
And so in terms of quantity of accessories the Figuarts win out but people acting like they are the cream of the crop quality wise at their price range are kidding themselves.
I can't comment on NECA figures but my brother has a crapload of Marvel Legends (both Hasbro and Toybiz) and only a handful of them come close to any Figuarts I have. The articulation isn't as good and neither is the finish.
Not all Figuarts are perfect, but out of the 25-30 I own the

I feel wasn't worth the price I paid for him is TaToBa, which while wasn't brilliantly received many people didn't seem to have the same problems with when I expressed hatred for mine when it arrived.
On the flipside, Flame Style is hands down the best Rider figuart I own (so that's out of Ouja, CycloneJoker, TaToBa, Fourze, Meteor and Wizard...haven't opened Beast yet). Aside from the driver, mine doesn't have any of the falling apart issues that you mentioned with yours. Same goes for my Deka Blue.
