You're at the point where the show's new writer takes over more or less full time. It's a really seamless transition, especially compared to Hibiki and Decade. The biggest change is that shit just keeps getting more and more awesome from here on out.

It's a promo for the Blade movie: Missing Ace. The two people you've been watching are L'Arc and Lance. And yes, that was Kenzaki as a garbage man - Missing Ace takes place several years after an alternate ending to the series.
