[Sentai]

"This is Naomi Takanawa coming Live from what was once known has Restoration Site A1, and since been renamed Neo Tokyo. Has, I am sure all of you remember, we lost Tokyo three years ago to a Meteor which fell to Earth and destroyed nearly one third of our country. But thanks to the brave efforts, and hard work, of Matsui Corporation the entire area was rebuilt in only three short years. And all thanks to these.” The young reporters arm rose behind her, displaying five mighty robots standing in formation.

“Unit 05 Green” The Construction Worker themed robot was the humanoid form of a Green and White Front Loader Tractor. It’s large bucket split, making up the shoulder armor of the mech.
“Unit 04 Yellow.” Another construction themed robot with arms made from caterpillar treads, heavily armored legs, and a bulldozer’s bucket rising up from behind it’s back.
“Unit 03 Black” The black and silver mech’s oversized arms were the tumbler of a great cement truck, giving it a bulky and stock look.
“Unit 04 Blue” The blue and white dump truck took an almost feminine look. Standing with it’s arms crossed and one foot set before the other. With the big thick tires set behind the shoulders, and along each hip. And the dumper itself splitting open to form wings behind the mech.
“And Unit 01 Red!” The biggest of them by far, the Red and Black six wheeled truck crane stood with it’s arms folded defiantly. Broad shouldered, thick limbs, a helmeted head and the boom crane split over it’s shoulder like a grand cannon.

“Thanks to these three mighty mecha Neo Tokyo has become a reality and a brilliant beacon towards our fu.. fu.. fu... fu.. fu.. fu..”

The brown eyed reporter continued stuttering through the shattered HDTV hung on the wall of the immaculately decorated office. Broken from the paperweight the darkly dressed figure sunk within the posh office chair had just thrown. A single hand straightened his three piece, hand tailored, Italian suit. And brushed back his slicked back black hair. Before both came to steeple before his face, elbows resting upon the arms of the chair itself.

Does he trouble you?

The creature stepped from the shadows he alone owned, turning an uninterested eye towards the shattered television. If the Devil had come this is what he'd look like. Black molded armor like hardened lava rock with burning red beneath, leathery large wings laid along his arms like some great living cloak, and a sculpted head. Set with two large burning red eyes and curved horns above a long white mane. This was Diablo.

"You know he does. Matsui and his damned robots have almost bankrupted DiabaliCorp! Every contract, private and public, goes to them first! He owns almost all of Neo-Tokyo and then gives it all away!"

Chairman Black tore his phone from the hook, angrily throwing it against a nearby wall.. But he straightened. Fixed his immaculate hair and gave a rough tug of his suit to straighten the wrinkles he created.

“But that’s why I Have you, my friend. Yes.. That is why I have you.”

Calmly retaking his chair, Black leaned back comfortably and gave a wide smile. The glare across his glasses whiting out his eyes as he spoke.

“You and your friends.. Go, destroy what he’s built. Turn the world against him and his company so they’ll come to me. ... And even if they don’t, I’ll have the pleasure of watching Rome burn as I watch from my tower and strum my fiddle.”

That's good, Tai! Pour it down smooth!

Koji watched on as Tai backed his Mech, now in it's Cement Truck vehicle mode, back towards the hole dug for the final support. Carefully pouring the cement as he watched though the dashboard monitor. Koji had faith in the boy.. Not that he'd ever say that out loud.
But with the cement down it was Yellow's turn. Using it's massive bucket to smooth the concrete and pat it down flat and true. Leaving Blue, still in Mech form, to drive the pillar home deep in the cement base laid out.

Good! You're clear, Yumiko!
Right Dad! .. Dad? I'm seeing smoke!

The Elder man, easily in his forties, turned and tried to see where.. No, he saw. Narrowing his eyes he grabbed his radio to ask what happened but it was already alive with chatter! "This is.. *STATIC* Station, there's something kind.. *STATIC* Monster! We.. *STATIC* Help!" And then the line went dead as another explosion rocked so loud they felt it here miles away. Koji just grunted.

Everyone it's time!

The scene was heartbreaking. People running for their lives, clutching their children right, as buildings caught fire and explosions rumbled all around them. Driving them onward like cattle came a black figure. Like the devil himself with long horns and wings outstretched behind him. Within his right hand was a long twisted blade and every swing of the weapon sent another wave of energy lashing about the plaza. Destroying buildings and slicing through anyone unlucky enough to be caught in the wave. Beside him walked an upright standing demon covered in Wolf armor. His helmet grinning ear to ear as he catches hapless humans wandering to close as they ran and screamed for their lives, just to quickly snap their necks and toss them aside with another cackle..
But Hope was coming. Their flashing yellow lights reflected off the gleaming glass of Neo Tokyo's skyscrapers, the people all cheering even as they ran out of the way of the coming battle. The sound of air brakes hissing angrily echoed as they pulled to a stop. Each of the five Kensetsu slowly stepping down from their vehicles.

Akira Koriyama. The brute was easily six foot five with a should width of near four feet if it was an inch. A big bruiser of man wearing green overalls, unzipped so the top hung off his waist revealing that white tank and the toned muscles of his large arms. One hand swept back through his chopped black hair as he gave an angry grunt.
Mai Fujiyama. Childhood friend of Yumiko and the only one of the five who didn’t actually work construction. Her specialty was more paperwork and logistics, but that didn’t mean she was useless. She came out wearing tight yellow overalls zipped up to her neck. Contrasting the violet hair that spilled down about her shoulders. She was five foot five, but beside Akira she looked even shorter than that.
Tai Kenichi. Yumiko’s boyfriend and a tall man. Nearly six foot and build like an Olympic triathlete. Toned, slender, but powerful. Wearing Black overalls slightly unzipped to show off the white undershirt beneath. Wind blowing through his blonde hair, matching those blue eyes.
Yumiko Matsui. Koji’s daughter stood proud beside her boyfriend in her Blue overalls, just as tight and zipped as Mai’s. Folding her arms just beneath her chest, she gave the creatures the same defiant look as her father now did as he climbed out of his Unit 01.
Koji Matsui. The elder man snorted as he came to stand before his team. Sleeves of his blazing red overalls rolled up along his powerful arms, showing scars earned through a lifetime of hard work. And he reached into his belt, each team member following suit, and pulled out the Kensetsu Changer. A folded black box detailed with gold, with a gem of their respective color set in the middle. A gem taken from that very meteor that destroyed Tokyo three years ago.

Everyone ready?

They all nodded and Koji thrust his Changer skyward making the call!

TSUKURU! (BUILD!)

Their hands thrust down, the world around them shattered becoming black with lines transecting around them in their respective colors! Spinning quicker and quicker until the lines melded with their clothing forming their uniforms! White stripes bordered in black formed down their chests, resembling high visibility jackets. The same wrapping around their forearms to form their gauntlets and around their lower legs to form their boots. The suits themselves formed from digital pixels. Solid color except for the white bands along their upper arms and thighs, the white band around their necks. And their helmets. Each molded after their vehicle with headlights above the thin visors, and mouth guards of smooth silver.

Throwing their hands down the blackness become reality once again as there stood the five Kensetsu Sentai! Koji laid the massive sword molded after the boom arm of his Crane Truck against his shoulder and gave the ‘nose’ of his helmet a quick wipe of his thumb.

Yuukanna Sentai Kensetsu!

Diablo canted his head and merely rose his taloned right hand and waved forward, giving the order for the minions of Diablo to emerge from the buildings around them. Big brutes, each one looking like a creature made only of gray rock with large crimson eyes and a wicked underbite.. Tai thought they looked like someone took a Gutsman from Mega Man and superglued rocks to it. .. The Battle Began!

Mai and Yumiko attacked together! Leaping into the fray holding their duel pistols, dancing and shifting around one another as they fired at the gathering Rock Men. Sending each one stumbling back and crumbling into the ground destroyed!

Next came Tai and Akira. Tai reached behind him pulling out his own weapon. The two handed cannon shaped like the tumbler of his Black Unit 3, and brought the four-barreled cannon down to bear against the rock things.

Kensetsu Tumbler!

As the Tumbler spun purple laser fire burst forth like bullets from a gatling gun striking down Rock after Rock. Leaving Akira to handle the ones who thought they could escape. His weapons fit him perfectly. Gloves that molded after his tractor’s bucket turned around making strikers. Strikers he used her punch through Rock after Rock stupid enough to challenge him.

You goof around to much.
What’s the point of the suit if you can’t have fun wearing it?

And that left Koji standing eye to eye with Diablo and Lobo. The Devil Man just canted his head towards one side and folded his arms loose against his chest.

This is the one which makes Him worry? Hmn. Lobo, send your best against them. We haven’t the time to bother.

Lobo just cackled and smashed a small figurine against the ground, throwing his arms wide as his creation grew to an amazing height above them! The giant bird monster roared, flapping it’s wings angrily sending winds out to damage and destroy any skyscrapers in the path of it’s destructive gusts. And Koji just grunted, taking a swing of his sword but Lobo and Diablo were already gone..
