I have the Hong Kong subs on DVD (you can get them on eBay for like $20, really nicely done covers too). I definitely recommend them! I bought them because my computer's download kept capping and I really don't regret the purchase. I have most they've released, just going to finish Dairanger before I watch the Dekaranger, Hurricaneger and Goseiger ones (I think Goseiger is just TVNihon subs on DVD, I know the Gokaiger DVD is just Overtime's).
