RJ did something Tommy has never done throughout his years as White Ranger. And remember, this is Tommy has White Ranger Only. He had his chance has Zeo Red, Turbo Red, and Dino Thunder Black. RJ led his team. He made each invidual member of his team better. He inspired them, he trained them, he fought along side them instead of doing the fighting for them.
His aloof Zen, his Mastery of Martial Arts, his Command of the Wolf Spirit, his Skill as a Leader, all combine to make him better than Tommy in this part of the tournament.

You took the words right outta my mouth. Sure Tommy did stuff but I think RJ will be better suited for the 6th slot.

EDIT: Also after hearing about JDF only saying that this is only a MMPR 20th I feel that one of the stronger Disney era Rangers will work out for the best here. Nothing against Jason, but we do want the cream of the crop here, right?
