That's your opinion. It makes no sense because the other contestants didn't have any of this nonsense going on. He fights as white/green and if he wins he's still aged Tommy who would be using the Gokai Silver powers anyway. The idea seemed to me that this was like a tournament being held presently with the winners getting the Gokai powers for a hypothetical series. Basically a gathering of past rangers to make the ultimate team. Some rangers got multiple entries because they had multiple powers. Was simple enough until people decided characters would be more inexperienced when it suited them.

Basing it on Tommy of the present and not Tommy back then means we'd have to redo the whole tournament.Everyone was judged on their power set and abilities from when they had them,not current day if they still had them.

I'd also like to point out this argument was never made for any of the other MMPR.Also I gave this exact same argument for Tommy in Grack,that he was suited for it then because he had all that experience,but some people voted against him "cause he's better as sixth".

Billy didn't win because people didn't want him. He was qualified though. The point has been that these character fight with the powers they are representing. Afterward it doesn't make sense to assume the characters are being pulled from the past or anything like that. Bridge would have been using his Green powers but that doesn't mean all this would take place before "Once a Ranger". Since Bridge is actually from the future that is a bit more grey. My argument for not wanting Kruger was only that he would prefer to run things and not fight so he wouldn't even want to be on this team if someone else could do it.

No one else had to have this argument made for them because no other ranger had people trying to backdate them in order to cut away at their credibility. No one said all characters were being pulled through time from the end of their seasons or else you would have a point. I did see people talk about other rangers and reference how they would have grown after their seasons ended. I recall a few people mentioned that in one of the Eric rounds. I guess this one character shouldn't have the same consideration everyone else got?
