Or, Wiseman is trying to redirect the phantom's powers into Wizards since a final form of a wizard could be more powerful then a phantom born from despair.I.E. Haruto is stronger in infinity form then as a dragon phantom.

I got nothing else, there's been barely any plot up to this point but I want to get invested in the lore of Wizard but its not giving me enough or the right details.

I will give Wizard a round of applause if the Beast Driver is the Philospher's stone though
