I figured out the UPC to this item and checked it on TRU, also getting the price and Item Number for TRU:

However, after checking the last week for any Distribution Center quantities or store inventories, I finally saw that the TRU Region's DC that covers Southern California, Nevada and Arizona has 318 of these in the DC. This means they should be hitting stores over the next few days to week.

I'm going to keep asking for information on it, because TRU will be updating their inventory system with stores to receive it within the next 24-48 hours, so we will get a heads up.
