Okay, you saw the movie. It's not like you got cheated out of something that was promised. The focus was only ever meant to be on Gypsy and really I guess Stryker. All the trailers led up to the main plot focusing on Gypsy and Raleigh/Mako. We knew there'd be cameos by the others but no indication was ever given that they'd get tons of screen time.

Given the plot and the context of their existence and appearances in the film I guess I just don't understand why it's a big del. They were never gonna get the same kind of center stage treatment as Gypsy. I'm sure they did important things and of course they all looked really awesome but they weren't really the reason I was there. They weren't a deciding factor in the finale of the war either whereas Gypsy was. We know from that universe's history that Kaiju evolve over time. So Cherno and Crimson went out really easily because now they were outclassed by these latest Kaiju.
