Like someone mentioned before,I think it has to do with Yygdrasill being a tree but it wouldn't explain grape or watermelon. It might just have to do with the belt creator having a fetish for fruit.I mean,we've had a fetish company head before and he was an amazing character.

Well Yygdrasill is the tree of life, the world tree, in norse mythology. With roots and branches in all the 9 realms. So it could stand to reason that it's fruit because their powers are born from the tree. Literally it bears the fruit of power, even those fruits which wouldn't normally grow from a tree. It's a magic tree so, yeah.

I'd say Yygdrasill Corporation is using some sort of magic/mythic tree thing to create rider powers and use them as weapons.
