To be fair, speaking specifically of civilian training we never really see or establish Jack's training, it's entirely on the job however Carter is an established Fireman from the beginning so I guess on that level Carter would win as he was always a hero, Jack was just chosen because of his powers.

In a fist fight, I reckon Jack'd take it as he's lived on the streets, he's had it rough and so I assume he's had to handle himself in a fight probably quite a few times, and possibly superpowered aliens as well, so Jack takes this point.

So Jack still takes it for me.
