He's no Shotaro, but he's not entirely pointless in the grand scheme.

Trying something new is all well and good, but it's pretty frustrating to follow a protagonist who actually has no direct impact on the story. I mean I could dig it if he at least helped talk people down or inspired people with his actions even if he couldn't actually achieve them by doing it but literally all he does without Hana or the Imagin is fall over which I think is meant to be funny.

Like I say he's had maybe five minutes of screentime on his own in these ten episodes so I physically don't have enough to hate him, but after Eiji and watching Haruto each week this guy is like the worst protagonist after Godai.
