The entire distract had been sealed according to the protocols. Barriers rose from the street and locked securely into place, officers blocked off each and every side street, homes were quietly evacuated, and Barrier Shutters locked down to seal each and every building behind a shield of tempered titanium. Only one single car had been allowed through. Roaming the empty streets through the night and heavy rains which had been plaguing the city lately. The headlight shining like beacons, the rain glistening the ambient lighting from around against the matte black body work of the armored limousine.
Slowing itself to a stop, the headlights caught something ahead. An armored being in brilliant black, small LEDs of yellow here and there, with two narrowed crimson glowing eye slits within it’s molded helmet. The creature hissed angrily and within the Limo a woman dressed in a Lab Technicians coat and mini skirt offered the teen beside her a strange buckle. A white orb sat in the middle of a red housing, with indents of black evenly spaced throughout. “Go, Ichigo. Complete the Program.” The young man gave a nod and the Driver stepped from the car. Walking around to open the teenager’s door, allowing him to step out into that night of driving rain.
The armored creature still hissed angrily inside his armor. Watching as this Boy of seventeen stepped around the limousine and stood with the beams of headlights behind him. Driver softly tapping against his jeanclad right thigh. He didn’t look like much. Only five foot six, couldn’t weigh more than 109 soaking wet with boots on like he was now. Wearing an old Godzilla Hoodie with the sleeves bunched up over his elbows. And rain matted blonde hair, with such stark blue eyes.
“You are not threat.. Go home.. I wish fight only strongest...” Angrily hissed through the Armored Rider's featureless helmet. Glistening against the neon signage and blinking lights of emergency crews in the distance. Ichigo though just gave a faint grin. Defiantly holding out his Driver towards the Armored Rider. "Henshin."

Ichigo's left hand wrapped the metallic belt around his waist with a loud click of metal, allowing his right to easily slid the Driver into place. The White core began to glow brilliantly. Like a small sun in his Driver. As he gripped both ends of the crimson housing and slowly pulled it open. Henshin Approved.. Unlock Base State! The belt’s voice echoed through the emptied streets, even above the sound of limousine’s idling engine behind him. And Ichigo took the queue. Slamming both ends of the Driver shut with such force the glowing sphere in the middle shattered into brilliant pieces!
The white liquid inside expanded. Covering his stomach, moving down along his legs easily as it moved up along his chest. And down along both arms. And once it fitted around his still faintly grinning head, it began taking it’s final shape.
From within the smooth white suit now covering him came armor, like a great beast slowly rising from the surface of the ocean. Fluid in movement. Forming sleek chest armor and shoulder pauldrons, forming slender gloves over his hands and matching boots on his lower legs. And the final piece a molded helmet over his head. Once each and every piece snapped themselves into place the suit beneath changed to a stark black, the armor retaining that brilliant white. Gaining only a hatch-work design.
As he stepped forward slowly, details began to form along the pieces of molded armor. Crimson LEDs dotted along the back of his hands, those sleek boots, and either side of his chest armor. The final piece of it all was his helmet. A black visor formed, angled angrily downward. And a golden V crest formed above, with a crimson jewel set in the depth of the V. Nano Henshin Complete!

White bursts of oxygen hissed angrily from each seam, Nano now standing face to face with the Dark Rider. And the battle began! As the driving rain continued pounding their suits the Dark Rider tried punching Nano. But each punch was easily dodged with the smallest movements of his body. Until the third punch was caught in his left hand. And with a single kick sent him hurtling backward, flying through the air like a discarded toy, until his body crushed an unfortunate abandoned car nearby.
“Stop playing with him and complete the Program.” The feminine voice came from the Doctor within the limousine, watching everything through her laptop. “Yes, Doctor.”
Reaching for his belt, pulling off the crimson housing into two half-circles, he reattached them and sealed them around his right ankle. Nanomachines within the Housing forming around his lower right leg, creating a thicker boot with heavy angled armor, and brilliantly glowing yellow LEDs. “Rider Kick.” Rider Kick Approved! His left leg swept back, his right knee bending down low.. And then the hydraulics kicked in, launching Kamen Rider Nano skyward over the broken Dark Rider! A single flip forward, entering the Kick pose of countless Riders before him, and Nano soared towards the Dark Rider. Streams of air breaking the contours of his larger boot, the bottom glowing red hot, and when he landed there was a great explosion! So strong the power flickered throughout the closed district..
But through the fire, through the flames, Ichigo slowly walked free. Once more absently tapping his Driver against his thigh, and rejoining the woman within the back of limousine. She smiled, using a single slender finger to adjust her glasses. “You’ve done well. The Program was a complete success.” Ichigo gave a bored roll of his shoulders and gave an uninterested nod. “It was fun, Mom. Just like you promised.”
