I finished watching the original X-Men trilogy. I have found that there was at least one scientific inaccuracy in each of them.

X-Men: Logan's healing factor.

When Rogue absorbed Logan's healing factor the second time, Logan's wounds should not have reopened, since they were already healed.

X2: The X-Gene being carried by the father.

All genetic diseases that are linked to the sex chromosomes occur in people because of their mother's genetics. If it was the father that carried the gene, then only males would be mutant, since it would be the Y-chromosome that would carry the gene if the father was responsible for the offspring being a mutant.

X-Men: The Last Stand: The entire nature of the cure.

The cure would have to act on every mutant cell in the body of a mutant in order to function.
