I have to disagree. We may only be 9 episodes in but the worst thus far has easily been Episode 6 with that dumbass one-off mechanic who meant nothing to the story.

This episode had a lot of important plot actually. This episode builds directly from the revelations of the last. In the previous episode (which Enter alludes to at the beginning) he was able to get his hands on the plans for Beet Busters' mech the BC-04. His attempt to steal Usada and use him to exchange for Enetron is directly linked to this. He requires the Enetron in order to construct the Beet Machine. Also, and this is something that easily could have happened off screen, I believe Enter's ulterior motive for kidnapping Usada was to study him and create a new Buddyroid. I believe somewhere down the road we'll get to see this play out.

As others have suspected up to this point, I strongly believe that when Beet and Stag debut they will be evil and fully under Enter and Messiahs' control. So really this is a key episode. Enter stepped up his game to try and get the Enetron necessary to build the Beet and even though he failed in that I would have to imagine he got useful information from Usada in order to eventually contuct Beet J Stag (Stag Buster/Beet's Buddyroid). That line at the end when he tells them that the Busters have taught him a valuable lesson would lend itself pretty well to this theory as well.
