Story:

To keep it sort there are 10 Number Masters Representing different kinds of games and they each send their Game masters to challenge normal people to different games, if a person beats a game master then they are challenged by a number master for another game. If they win both games then they become a rider with the powers of the number and game masters they beat, but if they loss then the master that beat them can take what they value the most from them. The 7th number master is based on games of chance like casino games, he is also kindof lazy so he just opened up an under ground casino to lure in people. The main rider has amazing luck that usually bugs others, on day a friend of his stumbles into and losses all of his money. Jim comes to pick him up and with the help of his luck he ends up beating the 4 game masters at their games and 7 then ask for him to play a round of poker, he wins and gains the power of Kamen Rider 7. At first he had no interest for the powers but then he saw how some game masters went too far with their game and promised to stop their crazy game
