There's been no Garo thread yet, so here is one. This thread focuses on discussion on Keita Amemiya's Garo Series; from the original series, the special, the movie, to current on-going series, Makai Senki, this is the place to talk about it. For those who don't know what the heck Garo is, here's a quote from the opening of the series

"Where there is light, shadows lurk and fear reigns. Yet by the blade of knights, mankind was given hope."

The Wikipedia article offers a much more conclusive (and much less vauge) explanation.

As for myself; I really need to catch up. The last episode I watched was either the first fight with Jaaku or the one with the tree. I really enjoy the series, despite the fact that it can put me to sleep with it's less action-oriented episodes.

EDIT: BTW, here's an important point that I forgot to mention; Garo is an Adult-Oriented Tokusatsu. Definitely not something to watch with the kiddies.
