A Dog and Pony Show (My indoctrination episode and made me love Rarity) and A Friend in Deed (Just a great episode). I might be missing others but... just look over my top 13 list I did a while ago.

Also, while amusing and provides a great deal of grow for Rainbow Dash, May the Best Pet Win really isn't all that important to the over all series.
