Since we don't have a forum for strictly Power Rangers discussion I wanted to start up some discussions about old school ranger series stuff, so first I will start with Turbo.
The first thing I want to discuss is the movie, do you think it is cannon and why or why not?
Second, What do you think the Turbo powers are, the Zeo powers just in a new form, or an entirely new form of power from the Morphing grid?
Third, who is the Phantom Ranger?

I think the EVENTS in the movie happened but I wouldn't consider the movie itself cannon, too many things off about it, zords looking different, weird powers that never get used, things like that. I'm not even going to get started on the Power Chamber, I will save that discussion for another topic.
I have heard some people say they think the Turbo powers were based off the Zeo powers, but I doubt it considering Tommy used his Zeo powers in Forever Red. The only thing that bothers me is there is no MAIN source to power the keys, unless they are tapped right into the grid.
As far as the Phantom Ranger goes, it's got to be BIlly. He can build zords, and so can the Phantom Ranger. If Phantom Ranger loses his power ruby, he starts dying, if Billy isn't treated with that water stuff from Aquitar he starts becoming an old man and dying, that suit probably protects him from harsh conditions.
