The movie IS cannon if you watch the first 3 episodes of Turbo. There are plenty of situations in Power Rangers history that was a one shot deal. I don't see why you would not see it as cannon?

As for ZEO, Zordon didn't want that mess around in the first place but had no choice but to use it when the Ninja Powers were killed off. So like "Matrixbeast" said, it was too powerful to be in use so they kept it around until the Turbo Powers were completed.

As for the new look of the Power Chamber. I just seen it as a remodel, Zordon just finished building the Power Chamber when ZEO started. And the Zord cockpits, that HAD to be changed to incorporate the Turbo Carts inside the Zords cockpits. The armor on the Turbo Zords in the movie was called "Turbo Shield Armor", used to protect the Zords during stationary combination.

The Turbo Rangers draw their powers from the morphing grid, their Morphers ARE their main source, just like in Power Rangers in Space etc... Having coins and crystals just proved not to be safe obviously seeing they were always getting "destroyed".

And the Phantom Ranger... don't care who he is, I like him being a mystery like AkaRed.
