I'd say for Wizard, stop saving so many people and let some become Phantom generals for Wiseman. And Haruto should become the Dragon Phantom later on when Fueki takes things too far.

Phoenix, Medusa & Gremlin were too less. Have more show up!

Let some gain hope and let some fall to despair (like Kazuya and Naomi for example). And let Koyomi story of her body as a shell and her Phantom escaped be true.

Kiva's a rough one. I don't like the protagonist's personality and all, but I understand if that's just me. I kind of want to take his shy, meek personality and make him more of a brooding artist.
