The Legacy Morpher is indeed much more satisfying.

And I don't think anything outside of MMPR will be getting the Legacy treatment. I don't think there'd be enough people interested. People have already complained about the price for the Legacy Morpher as well as the upcoming Legacy Dragon Dagger. If people aren't willing to spend this on the most wanted items, why would they spend just as much on the things that are less wanted?

I agree, it would be so nice to get some more classic items. Maybe Saba the sword in die cast? Hopefully some more morphers. I'm still loving this new die cast Dino morpher! So freaking heavy and fun to mess with.
