There were plenty of errors. Another is the fact that OOO uses the PuToTyranno combo when those medals should have been destroyed if he's also using Super TaToBa as a final form. Though you could also write it off by saying that if the rings create Rider constructs then the Rider himself possesses all of his abilities regardless if they've been denied access to before or not.

It's obvious the team decided "Go crazy first, ask questions later." Didn't really mind it too much since it was a lot of fun regardless, which was most likely their goal anyway.
