He only did a portion of Timeranger. But his credits actually include way more than just those shows too. Like Zyuranger, Ohranger, Changerion, 555, Blade, and tons of anime. Dude's been around forever.

The man was a genius up until the early 2000's. Right around the end of Agito is when he started getting bizarre. No one much cares for his Hibiki, Decade of course is infamous. But he wrote a single very solid episode of Gokaiger. The Jetman tribute episode. The only weirdness there was that no explanation was ever given as to why Gai (Silver) couldn't see the ghost of Gai (Condor) like the others could.
