In the last year HLJ has either moved these pre-orders to backorder on me or FLAT OUT CANCELLED them and removed them from my "processing orders" entirely without notifying me:

DX Zakutor

DXBragi-Oh

Legend Zyudenchi Sets 1 & 2

Thanks to these bungled orders I've had to scour other places and use other contacts to get all these items after the fact.

And to top things off I bought a Red Buster SHF from them back when he was on sale in January. Not only did they manage to ship it to some random address other than mine, the only reponses I could get from them to find out where my package was was this:

If the post office returns your package to us, we will notify you and you can arrange for reshipment or refund at that time.

I never got my Red Buster, they never got my Red Buster returned to them, I never got a refund, and have never gotten this particular issue resolved. I paid for him and he was shipped to the wrong address at no fault of my own and they never did anything about it

And that my friends is my laundry list of reason why HLJ is a joke of a website. They apparently never know how much stock they're getting on a particular pre-order so they just let people order and order and order. Then on day of release when people expect their orders to be filled, they aren't , and all the competitors are sold out so they have no alternatives left. I refuse to ever recommend or in fact use HLJ again.
