If you watch Hbiki, you need to suffer through the first 15 episodes before anything happens, so be prepared to watch paint dry. After that, the remaining 15 episodes are great and then you might as well just stop there. The only things that really make Hibiki worth watching is its atmosphere and cinematography, both are which are gone when the new writers take over.
