The enigma who appears in episode 29 of Kamen Rider OOO, "The Big Sister, the Doctor, and the Truth about Ankh," this being was called "Ankh" by Kazari. The truth about this being was revealed later on, as the rest of Ankh's body, he came into being after Kougami removed one of his Core Medals. With a child-like demeanor, Ankh (Lost) will stop at nothing until he is made whole again.

The Figuarts incarnation comes with only 3 replaceable hands (two for his left and one for his purple right hand) and a standard Tamashii stage with the Cell Medal stacks that also come with the other Greeed. He also comes disassembled when it comes to his shoulder pads and neck fluff, so some assembly is required (not too hard though, everything just attaches via peg or ball joint.) He was a Tamashii Web Exclusive but can be found for a decent price nowadays on the aftermarket.
