So yeah I'm kind of lost right now.

I wish I could help you. The problem is, I'm dealing with that whole "Do-I-want-more-than-friendship?" problem myself. Really, the question you need to ask yourself is this: can you be open with her? Will she be willing to listen to your problems when you need someone to talk to? And will you be willing to do the same for her?

The key to these kinds of relationships is balance. It's like taking care of a plant. Neglect it, and it withers and dies. Take care of it too much, and you kill it with kindness. But provide it with the proper amount of space, while still giving it a healthy amount of care, and it will flower.

Regardless of whay she does it, or if it's a sign, I'll be honest, she's pretty attractive, and is as demented as I am. Except she's just hyper actively demented, whereas I'm fucked up disturbed demented.

I'd say it's probably nothing. There's a girl like that in my Drama Class, but I know for a fact that she is not attracted to me. Some people are just like that.
