Moffat has written some good episodes but he certainly doesn't have a flawless track record.

Out of your list, I quite like A Christmas Carol and Asylum of the Daleks (though I perfectly understand your misgivings of the latter from your review), I found Let's Kill Hitler entertaining despite some serious issues, and I thought The Bells of Saint John and The Doctor, the Widow & the Wardrobe to be a bit bland, but entertaining.

Aside from Asylum, I don't think any of these make my top favourite lists.

And I would also argue that Rose being in love with the Doctor made her the worst companion, because it led to her presence dominating every Tennant series onward. Which makes it all the more ironic that Tennant and Piper never once interacted in this special.
