The various fruit armors don't need perfect transformation, or even transformable at all - give us removable and swappable armor so I don't need to buy a million Gaims, but ALSO give us a separate fruit in fruit mode that can fit on the head for mid-transformation look.

Why have all that when we have the Arms Change for it? All that would basically be is the AC with a bit more articulation.
