Also, when did you pay for the SHF shipping? I imagine early November, in which case that's pretty much covered with the PayPal dispute. Did they normally take a long time to respond to the emails that you did get a reply to?

Yep, I paid shipping in early November. I have both my Back-order order and shipping covered with the Paypal dispute if i escalate it, but, not the SHF black and battle hopper as I had to pay upfront during the pre-orders.


Before I placed my SHF preorder I messaged them a few times via Contact Us and email and they replied within 24 hours most of the time; sometimes even a few hours providing I sent them in the morning (UK time).


They just decided to not reply to my emails and messages, when I ordered that back-order item and asked for a refund like their website says if they cant get the stock (waited almost a month for it before i asked for a refund).


The thing that pisses me off the most is that I dont have my Black and battle hopper (especially when i see it come and go a few times on Mandarake ever since it came out)
