Well for starters let's see, the yellow zord has ONE step in it's transformation, and it parts forms.

But honestly past Boukenger, name one mecha that transforms in a complex manner (again, besides GobusterOh). Even ShinkenOh's fancy transformations are limited to their respective mecha. The main robo is still a torso and four limbs combination.

EDIT: I just realised I needed another qualifier. "Main" mecha. As it the default combination, not including the auxiliaries and the sixth.
