Well, out of the three of them I would personally recommend Go-Busters minipla the most, it looks excellent and has incredible poseability (this is where Kyoryuger, apart from Plezuon, falls down), particularly Ace. Plus, if you're going to try to collect whole lines I think the Go-Busters far outstrip the others as a whole, as you can combine them in new/regular ways much more easily/successfully than other minipla if that's your thing, which is where Gokaiger isn't so great for me. That said, Goujyuzin was my first minipla, and quite possibly still my favourite.

Outside of that, Goseiger is great if a little hard to find outside of Mandarake occasionally (in fact I think there's a decent set on there at the moment). Go-Onger is also great, but tends to be a bit expensive, and the same with Shinkenger.
