I would try clearing you cache and cookies in any browser you are having an issue with, including mobile browsers.

With the new front page, cookie domains change slightly (news.tokunation.com instead of www.tokunation.com - etc.). So the cookies are different. If you have both in your system, old and new, there will be conflicts.

Im using chrome on Android and Safari on iOS/ipad, and both are accepting and sticking.

If that doesn't work, LMK which browser, browser #, device, os, os #.
