Hey guys,

I went on a trip to Tokyo in late September and had a chance to visit the Bandai Museum in Omocha no Machi. It’s pretty far from Tokyo, taking about 2.5 hours by train but definitely worth a visit to check out a vast collection ranging from vintage tin toys to modern robots. The museum was practically empty when I arrived, and the town itself is very tiny quiet. It used to be located much closer to Tokyo and I don’t know the reason for the move, but it almost feels like they have given up on the place.


I took a couple laps around the museum, so the pictures aren’t exactly in order. Please be warned, there are a LOT of pictures.
