Access 25: A-A-Ai-dol? Ai’s Idol Debut!

“Funya...” Ai yawned and looked around. “Oh that’s right...I came home to my apartment last night,” she said to the panda Reggie had given her. Giving it a big hug, she turned to look at her nightstand, noticing a picture in a heart shaped frame. “Good morning, darling!” she said, grabbing the picture and kissing it. “Good morning baby.” “...Eh?” In her bedroom doorway was Reggie, holding a bouquet of flowers. “...You saw?” “Right from where you went ‘funya,’” Reggie said, smiling. “Ba....BAKA!!!!” Reggie rushed out the doorway when Ai started chucking random objects at him. “Baby, what’s wrong?!” “I don’t want you to see me like this!” “Baby, you’ve stayed over at my apartment almost every night now. I think I’ve seen enough,” he said chuckling. “U...URUSAI!!!” Ai said, slamming the door. “Baby, come on. Look, I’m sorry I came into your apartment, I just wanted to make today special.” “Re...really?” “Yes. Now, open the door. Please.” Ai did just that, pulling down on Reggie’s shirt, kissing him. As their lips parted, Ai hugged him. “I’m sorry...” “It’s okay baby, you just didn’t want me to see you like this. But I know you, you know that.” “I do,” she said smiling. “And I’ve seen you when you wake up.” “I know.” “Although, that lacy nightgown is new.” “B...B....BAKA!!!”

“Reg, where’s Ai?” “And why do you have those marks on your face?” Jordan, Nathan, Kyle, Matt, Will and James were sitting at a table in Red Robin when Reggie came up to them. “She’ll be a little late...kinda got into an argument...” “Really? That mark on your neck suggests otherwise,” Nathan said smirking. “That’s a bruise. She chucked one of her dance trophies at me.” “Ouch...” “Look guys, today is a very important day, I gotta make this special.” “Got it!” “No prob!” “Will, James, you guys got the camera?” “Of course bud!” “You still owe us, but yeah, we got it.” Reggie reached over and grabbed the camera. “Alright, it’s perfect. I’m gonna go find Ai now, she should be here in the mall.” As he began to walk away, Nathan and Kyle got up. “Hold up Reg!” “We’ll go with ya!”

As the three walked around the mall, Kyle wrapped his arm around Reggie. “So Reg, what are we going to get her?” “Well, I need you two to get the dessert. She’s supposed to meet us soon.” “Sure! Wait...where’s Nathan?” From around the corner, the two of them heard music. Familiar music. Music that they knew their friend would like. “Hey…” “They wouldn’t play this kind of music in an American mall. Let’s go!” Running to the sound of the music, they found a large crowd of people around the stage cheering, and right at the front was Nathan. “Hey, aren’t those-” “Spammerbots!” On the stage was a group of Spammerbots playing instruments and in the middle was a partially cybernetic girl dancing around in an idol outfit. “Miina! Hello! I am Idoleria, your favorite Anon Idol! Please support my show! Now, ‘Yorokobi No Uta,’ as requested by the gentleman up front!” “Yes!!!! CANDERIELLA-SAMA!!!!”

“Nathan, snap out of it bud!” “Ara? How mean! Everyone, those two are trying to stop your cute little princess’s concert!” The crowd turned immediately towards Reggie and Kyle, all with angry faces and balled fists. “It will make your princess happy if you beat them up!” Giving the crowd big puppy dog eyes, she looked at them with trembling lips and tears in her eyes. “Onegai?” “Get them for Idoleria-chan!” The crowd started charging at Reggie and Kyle, only for the two of them to duck and dodge their attacks. “Kyle, what do we do?” “You’re asking me?! You’re the one who comes up with the plans!” “But you’re the guy who knows idols, think of something!” “Wait, I know! LukaRoid!” In an instant, the robot appeared, and defended Kyle. “What is it, darling?” “...Darling?” “Hehe...oh, now’s not the time! LukaRoid, sing one of your songs! Maybe it’ll break them from their trance.” “I don’t think so! The princess will stop you!” Idoleria yelled out, leaping from the stage. Taking her microphone, she began to swing it around at LukaRoid, who blocked each attack. “Princess? But you are male.” The crowd minus Nathan stopped their rampage and all turned to Idoleria. “...EHHHHHHHHHHH?!?!?!?” “Wha-wha-wha-wha…That is false information, Idoleria is a super-kawaii princess-desu!” “That’s not what I see with my Xray vision.” “That only makes her cuter!” Nathan yelled out loud. “...Well, at least that one is still under my spell…” “Mister Nathan, snap out of it! Now, hear my song!” LukaRoid opened her mouth and the notes flew right out of her, irritating Idoleria. “Oh no you don’t!” Aiming her microphone at LukaRoid, Idoleria pressed a button that launched a beam at the android’s face. In mere seconds, LukaRoid was completely silent, despite the fact that her mouth was still moving. Realizing that no sound was coming out, LukaRoid started to panic before Kyle held her. “What did you do?!” “I stole her voice! It’s right here in my microphone now!” “Well, I’ll just take it back! Mod Access, Log I-” “Too slow!” Idoleria pointed her microphone at Kyle and the process was repeated. “Eh? Nani? Nani? Honey, what’s going on?” “Ai!”

The young Japanese woman had stumbled upon the scene, and upon seeing the crowd, noticed Idoleria and the now mute Kyle and LukaRoid. “Did that boy do this to everybody?” “Bo-bo-boy?! And damn it, you have a really cute voice! Only one of us can be cute here! I’m taking your voice next!” Aiming at Ai, Idoleria pressed the button just as Reggie pushed her out of the way. “Honey!” Hit by the beam, Reggie fell to the ground as the others arrived. “Ai, what happened?!” “That boy, he stole honey’s voice! As well as Kyle’s and LukaRoid’s!” “Idoleria is not a boy! Idoleria is a princess! Damn it, damn it, damn it!” “...Nathan, get over here!” Matt yelled, grabbing his teammate and slapping him several times. “Huh, what happened?” “That little...whatever...stole our teammates’ voices! We gotta kick ass!” “But Idoleria is so cute…” “Now!” “Right! Okay, fine, don’t hit me! Mod Access, Log I-” “Kyaa! No...Nathan, pwease don’t be mean to Idoleria!” Idoleria said, giving Nathan the same big puppy dog eyes. “I won’t ever!” Nathan said, running to her with open arms. “Gotcha!” Idoleria said, smiling, aiming the microphone at Nathan. Hitting him, she turned her attention to the other guys and pressed a button on her microphone. “Idoleria Beam!” Hitting them all with her blasts, the guys all found themselves mute. “And now for the little bi-” “CHOTTO MATTE!!!”

“Eh?” From the back of the mall, a man in a business suit came running towards Ai and Idoleria. “You two, my name is Tsukasa Hibiki, talent agent! I heard you speak and you sing earlier, and I think you two are perfect! I would like to hire one of you!” he announced, holding out two business cards. “Seriously?!” Reggie leapt up and started waving his arms angrily until Ai calmed him down. “Sorry, my boyfriend seems a bit opposed to the idea.” “Hehe, your loss girly, this just means that I’ll be able to get a recording contract and let the world hear my song!” The guys all opened their eyes wide and pushed Ai forward. Reggie stared at them angrily but then nudged her. “You guys want me to go for it?” Everyone frantically nodded as Ai reluctantly took Tsukasa’s card as Idoleria took the other. “Come by in an hour and you two can practice!” Tsukasa said, walking away. “I’ll see you there, girly!” Idoleria said, snapping her fingers and disappearing with the Spammerbots. “...What am I going to do?!”

“I see, so the team, Will and James all had their voices stolen.” “Yes, Tony!” “Damn, if only we had Max and Ryan, they could fix things up quickly…And I can’t contact the original team, each of them are busy right now…” “But Tony, what abou- Huh? Hold on, I got a text.” On her phone, Ai saw that the message was from Reggie. “Honey?” *It’ll be alright Ai, you just gotta be strong. I’ll still communicate with you through text until this thing is over.* “Oh baby…It’s not the same! Darn that monster! Oh, I know, I’ll go into my lab and reverse the proce-” “Actually Ai...we let some of our other scientists in there and they caused an explosion. Seems you mislabeled some of your chemicals…” “Oh… Well Tony, what can I do?! I don’t have powers like the others…” “That’s what I would like to talk to you about, Ai.” Pressing a button on his desk, the coffee table in the middle of the room suddenly rose up. Underneath it, a large tube-like shelf popped out. Peering inside, Ai quickly jumped in surprise. “Is that-” “Yes. That is a GuestBelt...Ai?” Tony turned to see the young girl sitting in a corner. “I’m getting demoted…” “Ai! No! It’s just called a GuestBelt because it’s a prototype next generation belt!” “Oh...But why give it to me? Allie just joined up, she can fight better than I can!” “Well, we already had it set to your parameters...so it will only work for you.” “Seriously?!” Ai picked the belt off the shelf and placed it on her waist. Quickly wrapping around her, the center glowed pink as a card materialized in her hand. “That is your GuestPass. Now Ai, are you ready to train with m-” Before he could finish, Tony was interrupted by the sound of Ai’s phone going off. “Huh? Oh, sorry, I have to take this...EH?! NOW?! I HAVE TO BE THERE NOW?! Tony, I’m sorry, I have to head to that studio!” As they watched Ai run out of the room, Tony looked down and sighed. “Please go with her.”

“Sorry...I’m...late…” Ai said, out of breath as the rest of the guys were close behind her. “You should be.” “EH?! SKY-SAN?!” The guys all fell in an anime-like comedic fashion as they saw their ally, Sky (aka ModYellow,) with a sweatband on, stretching. “What are you doing here?!” “Isn’t it obvious? I’m here to teach you and that...girl?...how to dance!” “You’re helping them?!” “What? They hired me to do it! Now, go get changed Ai, you can’t practice the dance dressed like that!” Sky said, handing Ai a bag. “You’ll find what you need in there, now go!” “Wah!” Shoving her into a changing room stall, Sky turned to the guys. “So how are you guys?...why the silent treatment?” Reggie took out his phone and began to type so quickly that the guys just stared in awe. “Hmm? A text?...’Our voices have been stolen by the idol monster you are training...’ WAIT, HOW DID YOU GET MY NUMBER?!” Sky yelled. “...’From Ai. She hacked the files and found everyone’s contact info...’ Okay dude, your girlfriend is scary.” “Um...Sky-san?”

Hearing her voice, the guys turned. Ai was in a frilly idol outfit- its ribbons were white, the main dress was pink, and her bow was bright red. “The dress is a little tight on my hips…” “That’s just cause you’re fat!” “Eh?! FAT?!” From the room beside her, Idoleria came out, dressed in a similar outfit, only the colors were inversed- black and blue. “So, ready to get your flabby ass whooped?” “FLABBY?!” Ai grabbed for a microphone stand and was about to swing it when the guys held her back. *I’ll have you know that her ass isn’t flabby, it’s nice and fi-* “Not helping, honey!” *Seriously though, it is a nice a-* “AGAIN, NOT HELPING!” “Now now girls, calm down!” “Sky-san! That thing isn’t a girl, it’s a boy!” “IDOLERIA IS NOT A BOY!” Lunging at Ai, the two began to fight, creating a comedic smoke cloud effect as they rolled around on the floor. Nathan walked over to Reggie and held up a cue card he had written on. Reggie immediately held up his phone in front of Nathan. *NOT THE TIME DUDE, NOT THE TIME!* “Okay, okay, break it up!” “Tsukasa-san!” “You two are here to be my cute little idols, right? So come on, learn the choreography and then you two can audition.” “Tsukasa-san, Idoleria should be ineligible, she’s a boy!” “...There’s no way that little cutie can be a boy! Now get dancing!”

“Okay girls, follow me! Five, six, seven, eight!” Sky leapt into the air, put his hands on his hips and began to dance. Ai watched nervously, trying to copy the steps, only to see that Idoleria was catching on quickly. “Come on Ai! Pick up the pace!” “Uh...I…” Running up to her, Reggie held his phone up to her face. *You can do it baby! You’re a ballet dancer, right? Use those moves you learned!* “You’re right! Hey Sky, watch this!” Taking her stance, Ai began to move with so much grace that the guys all forgot how clumsy she usually is. “Wow! Those are some sweet moves Ai! You don’t even need to learn the choreography! Idoleria, try copying Ai!” “Grr...Idoleria means, okay!” Taking on the same stance as Ai, Idoleria began to do the same moves only to fall on her face. “Are you okay?” “Idoleria does not need your help!” “Okay girls, great job. Why don’t we move onto the next part of the audition?” “Next part?” Within minutes, the two of them found themselves in front of a large amount of fabric and thread. “You two will need to make an outfit for yourselves! Idols are known to be handy with such things.” “Um...okay!” “Easy.” “And you, boy, no interfering with the girls this time!” *But-* “But nothing! Go ahead ladies, do it!” Taking the thread and needle in hand, Ai tried to carefully put it in. “According to my calculations, I will require at least 256cm of thread for the skirt...the circumference of the needle’s hole is approximately-” “Finished!” “What?!” To her surprise, Idoleria held up a newly made skirt and blouse, embroidered with Anon army symbols. “Wow! That was quick! This round goes to Idoleria!”

The two then found themselves in front of a mic and camera. “Um...Tsukasa-san, what test is this?” “Easy, you are going to give a response to a live audience!” “WHAT?!” “Excellent!” “Okay, now, Idoleria, if you had all the money in the world, what would you do?” “Hehe, easy! Idoleria would use it to further her career to allow the whole world to appreciate the cuteness that is Idoleria!” “Okay...Ai, what would you do?” “Well...I wouldn’t need the money. I’ve got everything I want here. I’ve got a great job, my friends and the love of my life right beside me. Sure he can’t speak at the moment, but I hear his words, telling me that he loves me. So I’ll donate the money.” “That...was...perfect! Ai, you pass!” “WHAT?! What about Idoleria?!” “You gave a selfish answer. In the idol world, people love those who are caring. You don’t deserve this job!” “Now wait just one mi-” Just as Idoleria was about to continue, she tripped on a wire, rolling onto her back. “Owie…” “See! I told you she was a boy!” “How did we miss that?” “Wha…EEP! You’ve all seen Idoleria’s terrible secret! Now Idoleria has to get rid of you!” Suddenly, Idoleria’s head began to inflate, destroying the roof and knocking down some of the lights. “Oh no...now you got Idoleria mad! SpammerBots!!!” Coming to her call, the SpammerBots pressed her head in, returning it to normal size. “I’ll take care of you and that meddlesome producer, girlie!” “Not so fast!” “Sky-san!” “You forget, there is a ModRanger still here! Mod Access, Log-” “Nope!” Hitting him with her beam, Sky found himself mute as well. “Ah mou, Sky-san, this is what you get for helping her in the first place! What can I do...what can I...That’s it!” Holding out the GuestPass, the GuestBelt materialized onto her waist. “I can transform and fight!” “I don’t think so! SpammerBots, get her!” “No!!!” The guys immediately leapt into action, attacking some of the SpammerBots and keeping them away from Ai. “Thanks sweetie! Okay...focus…” “Oh no you don’t!”

“Guest Access! Enter!” yelled Ai, taking her GuestPass and inserting it into her GuestBelt. As a pink light surrounded her, Ai thought to herself, “What does Reggie like? What do I like? Think!” *GUESTPINK, PANDA ARMS! KAWAII KAIZOKU!*The armor formed around her in an instant, resulting in a pink senshi that looked similar to GokaiPink, but with a panda face on her helmet, two pigtail-like pieces, a green "T" on her chest, and heart shaped cuffs on her gloves and boots. “Um...oh roll call time, right?” Ai asked, turning to Reggie, who just nodded. “Uh...Oh! I got it! I think!” Reggie gestured her to hurry up, as Idoleria approached her. “Reggie is the sweetest and cute- no wait, it has to be something more intimidating... By the power of my...wait, I don’t have a weapon right now...uh...I got it! If you hurt me, my boyfriend will beat you up! GuestPink!” Matt looked on and facepalmed as Idoleria suddenly punched Ai across the room. Running, Reggie caught her and hit the wall. “Reggie! Are you okay?” Reggie held up his phone. *I’m okay, but are you sure you can take this one alone, baby?* “Yes I can, have faith!” *Okay, just imagine a weapon right now, focus. And use it to kick ass!* “Okay sweetie! Focus...focus...must think of the most powerful weapon I could use!” In Ai’s hand, data began to form and materialize. “What?! What are you doing, girlie?!” Ai ran as the weapon finished materializing and attempted to swing it upward. Idoleria cowered but then looked up immediately. Ai, instead of hitting, fell back onto the ground. “Itai... why didn’t it work!” The guys looked on at Ai and noticed what she had thought up- a large hammer. “Ugh...it’s too heavy!” “Hehehe, you’re wide open!” “EEK!!!”

Ai dropped the handle of the hammer to the ground and began to run around the studio, as Idoleria chased her. Matt looked at Reggie and held up his phone. *Dude, your girlfriend is embarrassing.* Punching Matt in the shoulder, Reggie attempted to pick up the hammer. The other ModRangers ran up to him and all together they lifted the hammer, and threw it at Idoleria. Hitting Idoleria, the hammer fell to the ground as the "G" on it was slammed. Ai ran to the hammer, and to the amazement of everybody, picked it up. "Wha...Oh, I get it now, the suit’s power is finally here! Prepare yourself, meanie butt!" "Eh?! No, wait!" "KURAE!!!" "KYAAA!!!!" As it hit Idoleria, the room grew silent as various squeaking noises were heard. Idoleria looked down at Ai hitting her over and over again with her hammer. "Why...won’t...it...work!" "Your time is up, shorty. This is my show!" said Idoleria. Ai frantically hit her hammer, when her fist hit the "G" just as she swung it. Idoleria was sent flying into a wall as the guys looked on. Dropping her hammer because of the weight again, Ai fell back. "Why did it work that time? Hmm..." While she sat in thought, Idoleria got up. "Damn...I should steal her voice...if I remember correctly, without her voice, she can’t use her weapons!" Inflating, Idoleria suddenly whistled as SpammerBots came out of a portal. "Grab her!!!"

"Kyaa!!!" Ai screamed, as several SpammerBots grabbed her legs. As she was being dragged towards Idoleria, Ai kept hitting her hammer hoping whatever happened before would happen again. "Work! Onegai! Work!" "Hahaha, as soon as I steal your voice, there will be no one to stop me!" "No!!!" Reggie jolted up and ran towards them. Kicking Idoleria aside, Reggie helped Ai onto her feet. *You can do this, baby. I believe in you.* "Oh Reggie, if I didn’t have this helmet on, I would kiss you...maybe later then," Ai said. Taking her hammer in hand, Ai ran towards Idoleria. Suddenly, her body jerked and she fell back. "Itai...what happened?" Looking up, Ai saw that her hammer got stuck on a lighting fixture. "Oh come on!" Pulling down on it, the G was hit by a light, causing the hammer to become heavy again as it dropped onto Ai’s head. Running over to her, Reggie picked Ai up. "Uh...I don’t wanna go to school today, daddy..." Reggie held her up and his phone. *I wish there was some way I could help you...* Shaking her head, Ai looked at Reggie’s phone and then jolted up. "I got it! Reggie, get my purse!"

"There’s no time for you to put your makeup on, girly!" "Grab my phone, and toss it to me! Then, put on your ModBelt and insert your ModPass!" Reggie wasn’t sure what she was talking about, but did what he was told. After watching Ai fumble with the phone, she held it up high and turned up the volume. "MOD ACCESS, LOG IN!!!" Reggie suddenly transformed into ModViolet, and looked at Ai. With the guys all looking at her, Ai shyly turned away. "I...recorded you saying it, okay?! I just thought it was so cool that you said it...that I saved it as my ringto-" Reggie just hugged Ai and drew his weapon. "Wait sweetie, let me handle this." Ai stood in front of him, spun around and suddenly did motions that everybody knew. "I am his love, he is my hero! ModViolet!" Ai announced, with her arms spread in front of Reggie. "Let’s do this, honey!"

Reggie grabbed Ai’s hammer and hit the "G." *See Ai? The G apparently can increase or decrease the weight of the hammer.* Giving it to her, Reggie ran towards Idoleria with his ModSabre, and slashed at several SpammerBots before shooting at more of them with his ModSpinner. Ai ran along behind him and spun around. "GuestPink Pirouette Kick! GuestPink Cabriole Dodge! GuestPink Pirouette Kick!" Attacking and using various ballet techniques, Ai hit several SpammerBots before she leapt up into the air. Catching her, Reggie pressed the G and swung Ai around quickly, knocking several SpammerBots off their feet. Hitting the G again, Reggie tossed Ai up and slid underneath Idoleria. Ai came down and delivered a heel kick to Idoleria, who reeled in pain as Reggie kicked her from behind. Grabbing onto Ai again, Reggie and her spun around and found themselves in a position similar to a dip when people perform the tango. "Not now baby, we got things to do... throw me at Idoleria again!" Reggie did as he was told and threw Ai, who spun around in the air and hit the G just as she made contact with Idoleria, knocking her off her feet.

"How...how are you doing better now?!" "It’s love!" Matt snapped his fingers and held up a sign. *That’s the lamest thing I’ve ever heard.* "Matt-san, after this is all over, you’re gonna wish you stayed mute!" Matt quickly hid behind Kyle and Nathan and held up another sign. *Never mind! Forget what I said!* "Now honey, shall we finish this? I have an idea!" Whispering into Reggie’s ear, Ai hit the G and stood with her hammer in hand. "If you think, you’re gonna beat me now, I will make you wish you never faced me!" Inhaling, Idoleria began to pout, her head began to inflate. "I will crush all of you!!!" "Now!" Reggie sprouted his wings and grabbed onto Ai, taking off into the air. Grabbing onto Reggie’s ModSabre, Ai combined it with the base of her hammer, took her GuestPass and inserted it in. *GUEST REGISTERING...AI ACCEPTED!* "Drop me now, sweetie!" Falling from nearly 100 feet, Ai pressed the G on her hammer as she swung it around. With the ModSabre blade facing downward, Ai swung the hammer until a violet colored slash formed. Cutting through Idoleria, the monster stopped growing and was reduced into her normal size. Reggie held up his ModScanner and used it on his ModSpinner, engulfing himself in violet flames as he flew down and attacked Idoleria while punching and kicking her sides. "What the?!" "Kurae, ‘Dropping the BanHammer!!!’" screamed Ai, as the hammer impacted onto Idoleria, slamming her into the ground. Flying down, Reggie snatched up Ai and their weapons as Idoleria stood sparking. "I never...even got...to debut worldwide!!!" Exploding into a sea of flames, the sprinklers in the building poured down. Landing, Reggie hugged Ai as they changed back into their civilian forms.

"We did it, baby!" "Reggie! You can talk again!" "Yeah, I can, and guess what, I’ve been meaning to tell you something." Smiling, Reggie kissed Ai and then reached into his pocket, pulling out a small gift. "Happy birthday Ai." Ai stared at the present for a while. "...Oh yeah, it’s my birthday!" Everybody fell over anime style before Reggie got up again. Opening the present, Ai found a necklace in it. "It’s my birthstone!" "Turn it around." Ai did as she was told and saw that there was a small engraving on the back. "I will always love you...Oh Reggie!" Ai pulled him down and kissed him. “There’s more...” Reaching into his other pocket, Reggie pulled out… “My ancestor’s jade comb?” “Yes, you told me how precious it was to your family and how it was damaged in the past...so I had it fixed up and made to look just as new.” “Oh baby!” Pulling down again, Ai kissed Reggie before Tsukasa came up. "Um...can we get back to work, Ai-san?" "HEY, CAN’T YOU SEE I’M KISSING MY BOYFRIEND?!" Trembling in fear, Tsukasa said, "Actually, I don’t think we will be needing your services any more...I’m out of here!" "Wait!" "Hey...you’re gonna listen to my girlfriend sing, whether you like it or not!"

After an hour of hearing Ai behind the mic singing various songs, such as the Akibaranger Season Two theme, "Saite," and the ending theme to Beelzebub, "Tsuyogari," Tsukasa put down his headphones and turned to the guys. "She’s got a great voice, but I don’t think she’ll be right for the idol world." "What?! Why?!" "Ai, can you come out here?" "What is it, Tsukasa-san?" "You said your birthday was today, right?" "Why, yes it was!" "I’m afraid that makes you ineligible to be hired as our idol." "What?! I’m too old?!" asked Ai, beginning to tear up. "But, how can you not pick Ai?! Ai, you’re adorable." "But he said I was old!" said Ai, crying. "Aw come on Ai, he just called you old." "That’s easy for you to say Nossan, you ARE old!" said Ai as she cried while being held by Reggie. Nathan walked over to a corner and assumed a fetal position as Kyle attempted to cheer him up. "But Ai, didn’t you just turn 20?" "I’m 21," said Ai, suddenly straight-faced and tear-free. "You’re 21?! Oh dear lord, someone get this girl a beer!" “You’re not getting my girlfriend drunk!...Oh Ai, just forgot, I got something else for you.” “Huh?” Holding out his hand, Reggie opened it in front of Ai. “Is that-” “The key to my apartment? Yeah. Will you move in with me?” “Oh my god…yes! And Tsukasa-san…” “Yes?” Holding out her hammer, Ai hit the ‘G’ just as she swung. “YOU’RE THE OLD ONE!” Ai yelled, knocking the man straight out of the studio’s roof. “Uh…” “What? He won’t sue. I’ve got a great lawyer.”

Laying down beside him in bed, Ai looked at Reggie and smiled. “Thanks for the great birthday, darling.” “You’re welcome baby. And just think, tomorrow is the biggest day for gift giving.” “Huh?” “Oh come on, it’s Christmas tomorrow!” “...Oh yeah!” “Well, I gotta go to sleep. Got to pick up my family’s gifts from the places I ordered them from tomorrow. I love you Ai,” he said, kissing her. “Happy birthday.” “Thanks baby, I love you too,” Ai said, kissing him back. As he turned off the lights, Reggie didn’t notice Ai turn away from him in the bed and cover herself in the blanket. As soon as she noted that he fell asleep, Ai said to herself, “CRAP! I FORGOT TO BUY DARLING A GIFT!”
