When they send you an invoice with both items on it, you shouldn't have any handling fee.

Nakano has been slow as cold molasses lately, in getting invoices out, and they haven't responded to any of my emailed questions in weeks and weeks. They used to be the best store, customer service-wise, but lately nothing.
My most recent order at Utsunomiya though, it was blindingly fast. Got my invoice in just a couple hours, and it shipped a few hours after I paid for it. I think the entire thing was less than 24 hours.
