There are 26 individual parts that make up the articulation in the tail. I've posed mine a few times, and it's held up pretty well. I'm loving the poseabilty on this figure!

The only issue I've come across mine is the 4th joint from the tip of the tail tends to pop off the ball joint from time to time. I may do the hairdryer trick to remedy this.
