[Kamen Rider Lucha]

Switchblade, thanks for the Dekaranger recommendation. I'm 2 episodes in, and so far, it's awesome!

The characters seem cool. Ban is a screaming red, but he's not a 5 year old in a grown man's body, like other screaming reds.

I really love the noir-ish soundtrack. I love how police iconography is implemented into the henshin, roll call, posedown, and finisher. I love the robot fights -- they're more ambitious than any I've seen in sentai so far, barring maybe Go-Busters.

I'm also intrigued by the structural deviation from standard Sentai shows. Like how there's no main evil syndicate (so far) and how the standard "monster shows up, is defeated small, grows, and then is defeated for real" pattern has yet to occur. This show seems like it will have slightly more variety than usual.

And it's cool how the next episode's story is introduced at the end of the current episode.

So far, Dekaranger is making me super happy.
