I think you only really have to consider one thing: Why would they keep Sigurd's identity a secret unless we're supposed to be surprised by the reveal?

If it was as easy as Hase becoming Sigurd I personally think it would be way more obvious. Like Den-O said, it doesn't fit his personality.

It's way more likely, if I know my KR, for it to either be a character who hasn't been a rider yet (not much choice there considering...) or an entirely new character who they'll introduce soon, or have already debuted without us realising ...

There is one person who fits that mold so far, for me at least. One person who we know had his hands on a driver at least once very early on.

That would entirely depend on his fate, of course, which, if we're being honest, isn't set in stone. At all.
