But I think that's the point with Taurus. He's not physically strong, but he has an unbreakable will, as evidenced by his control powers/contractual superpower.

Physical strength is cool, but far less effective than being able to force others to do your bidding. Whereas Ares was "do what I tell you or I'll suck out your soul", Taurus is "No. You have no choice here, sucker. You HAVE to do what I say, absolutely."
