Well you kept comparing the two so that's what I went with. But I understand, that's why I said... "if anything they need a creative team with fresh eyes to over see the brand".

Of course it is, which is why original footage is important. Noah and Joe are two different people, Gokai Blue's movements were made for Joe not Noah. If they wanted an American version of Joe, I'm sure they would have done it. *cough*samurai*cough* But like I said before, that was an issue in season one of MMPR. So it's nothing new.
