Show started with Stronger fighting with Kabuto (and other Riders). The loser will become a Lock Seed, and will be given to an unknown person (turns out to be Badan's Ambassador Darkness).
Kouta goes to investigate the big underground hole underneath the underground railway, and meets a boy called Shu with special power.
When Kouta is trying to get the boy out of the underground facility Hongo Takeshi shows up and stops him. "You cannot take this kid out from here!"



Enemy organization is "Underground Empire Badan".
Updated version of Badan's combatroids will be featured.




Tsukasa will be getting all the Heisei Riders to fight Badan
Takumi will be seeking his way of life from one of the showa riders.
Shoutaro is recruited by Tsukasa to fight a black Rider
