No offense, but if you ordered from multiple stores, then really that's on you. They don't combine orders from multiples store locations. How was the order "messed up" exactly? Were you under the impression they would put those orders together rather than make you pay for them separately? I'd just like to know I guess since I've always had good experiences there.

Aside from the Christmas snafu Mandarake has possibly been the greatest toy resource I've ever had. More than half my collection came from them. And I've never had a serious issue in all honesty. Again it took them a few weeks to get me that order confirm at Christmas. But once they did it arrived a couple days later just as promised. My experience with their customer service has been nothing but positive. They've even orchestrated returns for some expensive items from me before that were damaged on arrival. Hell they gave me a FREE DX Daikaioh once because the one I bought had been broken and poorly repaired.
