Aside from the Christmas snafu Mandarake has possibly been the greatest toy resource I've ever had. More than half my collection came from them. And I've never had a serious issue in all honesty. Again it took them a few weeks to get me that order confirm at Christmas. But once they did it arrived a couple days later just as promised. My experience with their customer service has been nothing but positive. They've even orchestrated returns for some expensive items from me before that were damaged on arrival. Hell they gave me a FREE DX Daikaioh once because the one I bought had been broken and poorly repaired.

Heck they even say on the site that they only combine items if they are ordered from the same store and to make sure you order from the same store if you want combined shipping.Still unless you were being obnoxious banning you seems harsh.
